We charge a flat rate shipping fee unless there is any other promotion we are running at that time. Our team at Fawn Candy has a great relationship with FedEx and has decided they will be our main shipping partner. We do our best to send out orders as soon as we can. Delays may happen due to warm weather or weekends. 

If you are shipping candy to a place with warm weather, we package your candy using ice packs and do our best to assure your candy will arrive safe and sound. Delivery is currently taking longer than usual. Once the candy has left our facility, we cannot be responsible for any damage or delay from the shipping company.

If your order was shipped to you in less than ideal conditions, please call us at 513-574-9612 . 


Upon checkout, you can select "pick up at store". This is free of charge. Once you've received an email confirming your order is ready, you can head to your selected store to pick up your order.
